A beautiful family friendly escape into nature. Located on a charming organic farm beside the South Downs offering delicious wholesome food, music, spoken word, wellness and an array of workshops into the evening. A truly magical and nourishing end to the summer
A non for profit event raising funds towards running costs of base sites in Ghana, South Africa and India.
Escape to the Farm found its home at Rushmere Farm in 2022. It has since evolved into a small weekend long retreat festival. Despite growing in size and activities on offer it retains a community led and intimate feel. Camping is offered as well as yurts, huts and cottages. There is something for everyone with a vast kids area, movement workshops running all day, art, poetry, environmental talks, foraging and nature walks as well as a lively stage in the woods offering bands DJ’s and dancing into the night.
Workshops vary from flower arranging to ecstatic dance. Wellness options include, Sauna and cold plunge pool, massage, reiki, meditation, sound healing and more.
This event aims to unite a community with the common goal of sharing skills, kindness and sustainability whilst raising funds to assist children facing adversity globally.
