Roselyn leads global partner hiring for McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm that serves leading businesses, governments, non-governmental and not-for-profit organizations.

Roselyn is also a social activist, networker and fundraiser who has, in the last decade, humbly supported charities including the Food Chain, the Baroness Amos Trust, The Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund, Brotherhood Sister Sol, Women’s Aid, the Global Foundation for the Elimination of Domestic Violence and Arms around the Child.

Roselyn holds British and American citizenship and has lived in the United Kingdom for over twenty years. Roselyn earned a BA in History from Colgate University.  She is divorced with one amazing child, Nicole Alexandra Marcus.
